While overseeing the complete renovation, Greenoe Enterprises personally performed the following work on this property:

  • Drywall repair; Prime; Paint entire interior of home, including doors, trim, & ceiling. This home had original wallpaper from the 1970's, industrial mirrors, and staining that needed to be removed, and copious repairs were needed to the drywall underneath.

  • Update light fixtures throughout; Install J-boxes as needed to modernize and make compatible original fixtures from the 1970's.

  • Custom plumbing of bathroom vanity sinks and drop-in bathtubs.

  • Safe demolition of existing and custom fabrication of new steps attached to rear patio, including custom cut stair stringer.

  • Re-flooring of all bathrooms in white 12x12" tile laid in diamond patterns.

By Room

Owner's Suite (a.k.a. Master Bedroom & Bathroom)

  • Owner's bath taken down to studs to remediate problems with home's water lines, electrical lines, and sewage plumbing. 

  • Rebuilt for a more functional use of the space, in addition to ensuring waterproof seals and proper electrical wiring that is up to current ode.

  • Floor re-laid in custom cut white 12x12" tile in a diamond pattern. Walls protected with white subway tile pattern.

  • Custom chair rail installed for seamless and aesthetically pleasing transition from tile to wall.

  • Custom plumbing of showpiece bathtub and faucet, as well as standalone marble vanity.

  • Owner's bedroom subflooring repaired, new carpet & padding laid.

Living Room

  • Industrial mirrors removed from walls. Damage caused by removal of industrial adhesive repaired with copious mudding, sanding, then priming & painting for flawless finish on walls.

  • Electrical systems and light fixtures updated to current code.

  • Repair & resurfacing of fireplace surround. Existing builder mantle had twisted away from the wall after years of the house settling.

  • Custom fabrication of mantlepiece from 100-year old ash beam.

Kitchen

  • Removal of existing, outdated partial tile backsplash and conditioning of drywall to accept paint and new tile.

  • Laid custom subway tile backsplash throughout kitchen.

  • Refinished, sanded, and polished original Corian countertops.

  • Refinished, sanded, primed, and painted original cabinetry, updated hardware like hinges and drawer pulls.
